A new state legislation that legalizes the purchase of cannabis-derived oil is resulting in a flurry of brand new local retail stores that concentrate on such items.
In March, Gov. Eric Holcomb finalized a bill enabling the purchase of cannabidiol, also referred to as CBD, that is a substance based on hemp and marijuana. CBD has little or none regarding the ingredient that produces a top in cannabis users, and proponents state the oil is therapeutic for a variety of health conditions.
